1. About us
This store is operated by AAWireless USA Inc., a Delaware corporation with its business address at 228 E 45th St, RM 9E, New York, NY 10017-3337, United States ("AAWireless", "we", "us"). These terms apply to all purchases made through us.store.aawireless.io (the "Store").
2. Orders
By placing an order, you offer to buy the products in your cart at the listed price. We confirm receipt of your order by email; a contract is formed when we ship the order. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example in case of an obvious pricing error, suspected fraud, or if a product is unavailable. If we cancel an order you have already paid for, we refund you in full.
3. Prices and payment
Prices are listed in US dollars and exclude sales tax, which is added at checkout where applicable. Payment is due when you place your order, using one of the payment methods offered at checkout.
4. Shipping and delivery
We ship to the United States only. Delivery terms are described in our Shipping Policy. Title and risk of loss pass to you when the product is delivered to your shipping address.
5. Returns and warranty
Returns, refunds and our 2-year limited warranty are described in our Refund Policy.
6. Use of the products
AAWireless products are designed for use with Android Auto and Apple CarPlay in compatible vehicles. Do not interact with the product or its app while driving. You are responsible for using the products safely and in compliance with traffic laws. Compatibility depends on your vehicle, phone and their software, which may change over time; we do our best to support new versions through firmware updates but cannot guarantee compatibility with every vehicle or phone.
Android Auto is a trademark of Google LLC. Apple CarPlay is a trademark of Apple Inc. AAWireless is not affiliated with or endorsed by Google or Apple.
7. Firmware and software
Our products run firmware and may be used with our companion app. We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use this software only with the AAWireless product you purchased. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer or redistribute it, except as permitted by law.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AAWireless is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, and our total liability arising from a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the product. Except for the limited warranty in our Refund Policy, products are provided "as is". Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under laws that cannot be waived.
9. Intellectual property
All content in the Store, including text, images, logos and the AAWireless trademarks, is owned by AAWireless or its licensors and may not be used without our written permission.
10. Privacy
We handle your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.
11. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Before starting any legal claim, please contact support@aawireless.io so we can try to resolve the issue. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in New York County, New York.
12. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published in the Store at the time of your order applies to that order.
