Refund policy
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you're not, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price.
How to return
- Email support@aawireless.io with your order number before sending anything back. We'll reply with return instructions and the return address.
- Ship the product back within 14 days of receiving our instructions, in its original packaging and with all included accessories.
Returns sent without contacting us first may be delayed or refused.
Return shipping
Return shipping costs are paid by the customer, unless we confirm by email that we will cover them. If your product arrived damaged or defective, we cover the return shipping (see Warranty below).
Refunds
Once we've received and inspected the return, we'll refund you within 14 days, using the original payment method. Original shipping charges, if any, are not refundable.
We may reduce the refund if the product was damaged, used beyond what's needed to try it out, or returned incomplete.
Warranty
All AAWireless products come with a 2-year limited warranty from the date of delivery against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.
If your product doesn't work as it should, contact support@aawireless.io. We'll first help you get it working (most issues are solved with a firmware update or a settings change). If that's not possible, we'll send you a replacement free of charge.
The warranty does not cover damage caused by accidents, misuse, unauthorized modification, or normal wear. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary from state to state.
